It's good and solid, but, it doesn't fit as well as it should. This panel took about 4 hours to install still need to grind the bottom welds and do some body filler and sanding when it comes that. Fortunately, there are direct replacement rocker panels for the silverado, so once you remove the old panel, you can fit and weld a new one into place with hold the new rocker panel up to the silverado to measure the size.
